The FSI H40S 80–110 Stump Grinder is a powerful hydraulic stump cutter designed for professional excavator use. It suits operators working on forestry, utilities, site clearance, and large-scale landscaping projects. As a result, it delivers reliable, high-output performance in demanding ground conditions.
This model is built for excavators in the 8–11 tonne range. It connects using a tool grip or coupling system, which allows quick and secure attachment. In addition, it includes a flange for mounting and comes supplied with hydraulic hoses.
The grinder operates using a hydraulic flow range of 80–110 l/min. It uses the host machine’s hydraulic system to deliver smooth and controlled cutting power directly at the stump. This improves cutting accuracy and overall efficiency during operation.
An integrated swing system improves flexibility during grinding. Two hydraulic cylinders control the sweep movement. You can operate them using an electronic control box or connect them to an existing joystick system. This gives precise control from inside the excavator cab.
The compact design allows the H40S to work in tight or difficult areas. It also maintains excellent visibility and positioning accuracy. This helps operators work safely and efficiently around obstacles and uneven terrain.
Heavy-duty construction ensures long service life. Wear-resistant components reduce damage during continuous use. As a result, the machine performs reliably in high-demand professional environments.
The low-maintenance design helps reduce downtime. Operators can complete more work with fewer interruptions, improving overall productivity on site.
Overall, the FSI H40S 80–110 Hydraulic Stump Grinder offers strength, precision, and durability. It is a dependable solution for contractors and groundworks teams who need efficient stump removal on larger projects.
