Delivery & Returns

Orders placed by 2pm will be processed & dispatched the same working day (subject to stock availability)

You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will be attempted twice on consecutive days. If the carriers need to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.

We use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘Please leave order in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.

UK Mainland orders have the following delivery charges based on the total value of your order:

  • £7.95 for orders under £100.00
  • Free delivery for all orders over £100.00

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt if you are not happy with the goods.

Return/Refunds Policy

If you are not delighted with your purchase you have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or seven days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded (minus any carriage costs), provided you return your goods in perfect condition, with all original packaging and instructions, to us at the address shown on the contact us page. If you are returning an unwanted item for exchange / refund or have ordered the wrong size, we cannot reimburse your postage costs. If your order originally qualified for free postage, (any refund will exclude the original postage cost) exchanges will incur the cost of posting the replacement item(s) to you – we will contact you as part of the returns process to arrange payment. Before returning any goods please phone our office for a returns number.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

You must inform us within seven days of receiving your order. We will issue a refund on receipt of the goods or exchange. In this case we can arrange the collection of the goods or refund shipping charges incurred getting the items back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Landpower Machinery, Common Lane, Yenston, Templecombe, Somerset, BA8 0NB.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
