The FSI B31 stump grinder is a compact, tracked machine built for excellent manoeuvrability. With an overall width of just 74cm, it easily fits through narrow garden entrances. Additionally, its simple controls keep all levers and switches within easy reach, allowing the operator to work efficiently and safely.
Twin hydraulic cylinders drive the cutter head, covering up to 120cm in a single pass. This means you can remove stumps faster and with fewer passes. Moreover, the hydraulic drive eliminates the need to adjust or replace belts, reducing maintenance time.
A 26.5hp Kohler ECH749 petrol engine provides 19.8kW of power. Eight specially designed teeth bite into stumps, grinding them quickly and efficiently. As a result, even large stumps are removed smoothly without overworking the machine.
The cutter head adjusts from 68cm above ground down to 40cm below the surface. This flexibility lets you handle a wide variety of stump sizes and ensures the ground remains level after grinding.
A rotating control panel keeps controls within easy reach from any angle. Additionally, the LED work light improves visibility in shaded or low-light conditions, allowing you to work safely throughout the day.
Orders placed by 2pm will be processed & dispatched the same working day (subject to stock availability).
You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will be attempted twice on consecutive days. If the carriers need to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
We use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘Please leave order in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.
