The Quick Step Knee Ascender by Tightline Arb helps climbers and arborists ascend ropes with less fatigue. Lightweight at only 205 g, it is compact and easy to fit, adding minimal bulk to your climbing setup.
This knee ascender works on static ropes 8–13 mm in diameter, providing a secure grip as you climb. Its adjustable foot strap, with a high-strength bungee, maintains consistent tension against your leg. This design transfers force smoothly between your knee and foot with every step.
The included 8 kN WREN carabiner creates a reliable connection point. Always use this ascender alongside certified primary PPE devices, such as hand or chest ascenders, for full rope systems.
Important Note: The Quick Step is not certified as a primary life-support device. Use it only as an accessory to reduce fatigue during climbs. It is intended to complement, not replace, your main ascender system.

You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will be attempted twice on consecutive days. If the carriers need to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
We use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘Please leave order in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.
