The PETZL SEQUOIA® SRT seat harness supports arborists who use single-rope ascent (SRT) techniques, delivering outstanding comfort, mobility, and efficiency during tree care operations. Petzl designed this harness specifically for rope ascent systems, allowing you to work smoothly and confidently at height.

The harness features a dedicated ventral attachment point, which lets you install a ZIGZAG or ZIGZAG PLUS mechanical Prusik with CHICANE and KNEE ASCENT accessories. A rear attachment point allows you to add a CROLL ventral rope clamp with SECUR shoulder straps, creating a complete and efficient climbing system.

Built for Comfort and Mobility

Petzl engineered the SEQUOIA® SRT with an extra-wide, semi-rigid waistbelt and leg loops to provide excellent support and positioning. The harness uses sculpted foam padding to increase comfort during prolonged suspension, helping you work longer with less fatigue.

The textile attachment bridge enhances comfort while walking and allows smooth lateral movement in the canopy. Mobile side attachment points follow the direction of your lanyard, improving stability and positioning when moving sideways.

Two gated attachment points let you quickly connect a ZILLON or MICROFLIP lanyard or install multiple bridges and accessories such as a RING or SWIVEL directly onto the system.

Fast, Precise Adjustment

You can adjust the harness quickly and securely thanks to its intuitive buckle system:

• DOUBLEBACK PLUS self-locking buckles on the waistbelt provide fast, precise adjustment

• FAST LT PLUS buckles on the leg loops allow easy fastening and removal without losing adjustment—even when wearing gloves

• Additional DOUBLEBACK buckles let you adjust the height of the attachment bridge for optimal positioning

The buckle locking system reduces the risk of accidental loosening, giving you confidence while working at height.

Efficient Tool Organisation

The SEQUOIA® SRT helps you keep your equipment organised and accessible throughout the job:

• Nine pre-shaped equipment loops with protective sheaths

• Five slots for CARITOOL tool holders

• Two retainers for carabiners to carry a chainsaw or handsaw

• Elastic loop for attaching a first aid kit

This layout allows you to distribute tools evenly and access them quickly when needed.
