Treehog Cut Away Strop – TH1160-020
This sewn loop of 20mm polyester webbing is designed to be used as a cut away link (or cut away strop, as it is sometimes called) for aerial rescue.
A cutaway strop is a necessary part of a climbing system when using a wire cored flip line, for instance.
If a climber become stuck in the tree and needs cutting free, the cutaway strop is the ‘soft point’ where the system can be quickly cut to release the climber.
Conforms to EN354 and EN566 and rated to 22kN static strength.

You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will be attempted twice on consecutive days. If the carriers need to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
We use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘Please leave order in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.
