Orders placed by 2pm will be processed & dispatched the same working day (subject to stock availability).
You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will be attempted twice on consecutive days. If the carriers need to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
We use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘Please leave order in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.

Teufelberger Ocean Polyester E2E – TEU030
The mantle of Ocean Polyester was developed to cope with extreme point loading on racing yacht winches. This need for both heat tolerance and grip is perfectly catered for by the combination of Aramid and Polyester, characteristics that are required in the cover of a friction hitch cord too.
The strength comes from the core though, and for tree care, treemagineers have introduced a Polyester kern because of its’ high abrasion resistance, tolerance of flexing and high wet strength.
The 8 mm version comes as a 76 cm length with stitched eye termination at both ends to enable immediate use for tying Valdotain Tresse and Distel.
The 10 mm version comes as a 90 cm length only with stitched eye termination at both ends to enable immediate use for tying Valdotain Tresse and Distel.
