The STEIN RCW-3001 is a versatile winching bollard designed for faster, safer rigging operations. You can use it independently for simple tasks or attach a winch system (sold separately) within seconds, with no tools needed. This flexibility lets operators switch between lifting and standard bollard use quickly and efficiently.
Unlike other winch-style bollards, the RCW-3001 keeps the load fully supported on the bollard during lowering. Meanwhile, the winch connects independently to the lowering line through a friction hitch. This setup allows smooth, controlled movement. Once the load reaches the desired position, you reverse the winch to transfer weight to the main rigging line. Then, you can safely lower the load without obstruction.
Weighing just over 13 kg (excluding the winch and mounting straps), one person can mount the RCW-3001 easily. The top attachment point acts as a suspension point, and the winch attaches in seconds after mounting.
The large-diameter drum handles working lines up to 19 mm. It supports a working load of up to 3000 kg, depending on how it is mounted. Additionally, two sets of 45-degree angled rope guides let you quickly add or remove wraps.
A ratchet strap with waterproof webbing secures the bollard to a tree. You can also add an anchor sling at the base for extra security. Two heavy-duty rubber inserts protect the tree from damage during use.

You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will be attempted twice on consecutive days. If the carriers need to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
We use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘Please leave order in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.
