You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will be attempted twice on consecutive days. If the carriers need to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
We use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘Please leave order in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.

Stein Mini-Reach Retriever – SS-1H7002
The Stein MR100 Mini-Reach retriever is an ingenious tool designed to assist tree climbers in retrieving climbing lines or rigging lines which are out of reach.
The Mini-Reach extends to 1 m in length and collapses to just 18 cm.
At just 90 gms in weight it can easily be attached to your harness by attaching a tool clip carabiner.
Supplied fitted with a SS-1H0031 Tool Clip carabiner.
