• new external profile for the opening lever, which makes climbing up the rope smoother and more effective;
• new shape for the hole in the opening lever, to facilitate use even when wearing gloves;
• new lower hole design, so that the device always stays parallel to the user;
• patented system for unlocking the cam, with just one downwards movement necessary;
• cam with 3 cut-outs to prevent build-up of mud and reduce the force needed to slide the ascender up the rope;
• anti-inversion cam system.

Orders placed by 2pm will be processed & dispatched the same working day (subject to stock availability).

You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will be attempted twice on consecutive days. If the carriers need to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.

We use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘Please leave order in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.

UK Mainland orders have the following delivery charges based on the total value of your order:

• £7.20 for orders under £100.00
• Free delivery for all orders over £100.00

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt if you are not happy with the goods.
