The FSI B31 Stump Grinder is a compact tracked machine built for professionals and landscapers. Its narrow 74 cm width lets it pass through tight garden entrances with ease. Despite its small size, it delivers powerful stump-grinding performance.
The operator controls the machine easily. All controls are simple and within reach. Twin hydraulic cylinders allow the cutter head to sweep up to 120 cm in a single pass, improving efficiency. Additionally, the hydraulic drive removes the need for daily maintenance. You also avoid adjusting or replacing drive belts.
A 38 HP petrol engine provides 19.8 kW of power. Eight specially designed teeth quickly bite through and grind stumps. The fully adjustable cutter head lets you grind up to 68 cm above ground and down to 40 cm below ground. This makes it suitable for a wide range of stump sizes.
The FSI B31 also includes a rotating control panel for ergonomic operation. An LED work light improves visibility in low-light conditions. Its compact, robust design ensures excellent performance in gardens, landscaping projects, and commercial stump removal.

Orders placed by 2pm will be processed & dispatched the same working day (subject to stock availability).
You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will be attempted twice on consecutive days. If the carriers need to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
We use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘Please leave order in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.
