NU1284 – M16 T Nyloc Blade Bolt Nut
For Timberwolf TW160, TW190, TW230 & TW280 Woodchippers
The NU1284 M16 T Nyloc Blade Bolt Nut is a critical fastening component designed to securely hold chipper blades in place during operation. It works alongside the blade bolt to maintain a tight, stable connection, ensuring safe and efficient cutting performance.
Engineered for compatibility with Timberwolf TW160, TW190, TW230, and TW280 woodchippers, this nyloc nut provides a precise fit and dependable reliability. As a result, it helps maintain correct blade positioning, which is essential for consistent chipping and reduced vibration.
Featuring a built-in nylon insert, the nut resists loosening caused by vibration and heavy use. Therefore, it delivers a secure, long-lasting hold even in demanding working conditions. In addition, this locking feature improves operator safety by reducing the risk of blade movement during operation.
Manufactured from high-strength materials, the NU1284 nut withstands the stresses of high-speed cutting environments. Moreover, it offers excellent durability and wear resistance, making it suitable for professional arborist and forestry applications.
Installation is quick and straightforward, allowing for efficient blade maintenance and replacement. Consequently, you can keep your machine running safely and effectively with minimal downtime.
