PU1175 – Rotor Pulley 160 x 3 SPA
The PU1175 Rotor Pulley is a key drive component designed for use in Timberwolf wood chippers. It transfers power from the engine to the rotor system and ensures smooth, efficient operation during chipping.
This pulley features a 160 mm diameter and a 3-groove SPA profile. This design allows it to work effectively with multiple drive belts, improving grip and maintaining consistent power transmission. As a result, it helps reduce belt slip and supports reliable rotor performance under load.
The pulley plays an important role in maintaining correct rotor speed. Stable rotor speed ensures consistent chip quality and smooth machine operation. It also helps reduce unnecessary strain on the engine and drive system.
Manufacturers build this pulley from strong, durable materials to handle demanding working conditions. It resists wear from constant use and performs well under high loads. The robust construction helps extend service life and supports long-term reliability.
A worn or damaged pulley can affect machine performance. It may cause belt slip, vibration or uneven power delivery. Replacing the pulley restores proper function and helps protect other drive components from premature wear.
The PU1175 Rotor Pulley fits Timberwolf TW125PH, TW150DHB and TW150VTR wood chippers. Always check your machine model and specifications before ordering to ensure correct fitment.
This pulley provides a dependable replacement solution for maintenance and repair work. It helps keep your machine running efficiently and reduces downtime in professional environments.
